Stay On Track With Your Goals

When willpower, strategies and plans fail to deliver the desired results, it is time to look inward. Through thoughtful questioning, we’ll examine patterns of thoughts, help you let go of what no longer serves, give you the tools you need to achieve the change you desire.

How many hats do you wear? If you’re honest with yourself, the answer is, “Too many to count!” And if you are honest, too few of those hats are focused on your own development or care. Whether adopting healthier eating habits, building your dream company, going through a life transition or simply wanting to experience more joy and contentment in your life, self-development is often left on the back burner. A time comes when the desire to change becomes the priority.

As you initiate a change into your life, you do research, gain knowledge, plan and create strategies. You are ready to become new, improved version of your current self. With your  dreams realized, you’re ready to transform into the person you are wanting to become. A week or two into the change, you feel great, invincible like a superhero –– then it fizzles. 

You get some tough news, work pressures get high, your routine gets jostled, or your focus gets blurred with the business of life. Before you know it, you are back at the start, or worse, even farther behind. The discouragement is palpable. At this point, the negative self-talk begins, making another attempt at these changes daunting. This has been our experience, more times than we care to admit, and making sustainable changes has become an exercise in persistence. Bring in the coach!

Conscious Life Coaching

Conscious life coaching is a partnership between client and coach. It engages you, the client, in a thought-provoking and investigative process that I guide you through. We’ll work together to uncover what you really want from life. Starting with a 2-Hour Discovery Session, we’ll explore your level of satisfaction with life and discover what’s working and what’s not.

From there, we'll work together through Individual Sessions to achieve bite-sized goals designed to introduce and practice new beliefs and behaviors. Change takes time; working towards it slowly is what makes it permanent. Everything you want to achieve is not only possible, but everything you need to succeed can be found within you. As your coach, I am excited and honored to join your journey of discovery and help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Coaching note:  Life coaching is not therapy. These programs are designed for women who have had therapy, are familiar with their inner worlds and want to utilize a personal or professional coach to take life to the next level on their own terms. Coaching is designed to be forward focused and support your dreams and desires to enhance your life rather than fix any past hurts or traumas. Any time spent in the past will be for brief moments of connectivity to understand current beliefs or behaviors.
