Whole Person Coaching Services Designed For Women Over 40
At Grace, Grit & Wit we use the practice of Future Mapping to assess all areas of your personal and professional life. Sometimes, people need to address certain areas of their personal life, professional career and/or business. Since those things often merge, sometimes they need to be looked at as a whole.
Because of this, we’ve designed this three-day intensive to take you through business, personal development, and nutrition all at once in order to create a roadmap of where to go next. We’ll look at where you are, where you want to go and figure out the steps that lay in between NOW and NEXT.
Future Mapping is a Japanese concept designed to help you obtain your ideal life. It was designed by Masanori Kanda to help people create their ideal realities; the goal is to rewire your thought patterns in a short amount of time in order to generate new outcomes. The process has been used to create things as simple as new idea generation (thing of all the design thinking books out there), to being used in more complex scenarios such as roadmap new ways for businesses to run more efficiently as a whole.
We firmly believe we’re in charge of our own destinies, but Keica and I don’t believe in all the “hippy-dippy woo” that goes with it. We love metaphysics, but we don’t believe that we can simply “manifest” new realities. Change takes research, development, hard lessons learned and a willingness to get comfortable in uncertainty. It also takes prayer and luck (okay...so may that’s a little woo).
The way we use Future Mapping is a process where we look at the personal, professional and business components all at the place and create a map to the end goal. We look at where you currently see yourself at, we then assist you in discovering where they’re really at, and then we where you want them to end up. In the end, you’ll have a step-by-step roadmap to your success documenting how you arrived at. If we work with you over a prolonged period of time, we may update the map once or twice in order to account for new factors, but ultimately we’ll enable you to keep yourself on track.
This in-person or virtual program can take place over three consecutive days or three, one-day sessions held over three weeks. It’s up to you how we create and pace it. The program is designed to provide ongoing support and can be extended in two, four and six-week increments if it’s necessary.
If you wish to conduct this in person, you can fly to us in Seattle. We can also fly to you.
