Breath Work and Meditation with Horses

In October, we'll be offering Sunday morning classes for women who want to practice yoga, breath work and meditation. All meditation is guided and breath work varies based on the session's goal that week.

We also do a variety of journaling exercises and group exploratory questions. That month's journal, program and program materials are provided for you. 


Classes: 4 Sessions - October 2021 - 2pm to 3:30pm on Sundays
